FS Poland 2026. Five days, three podiums and a lot in between.

Monday was a waiting game: delayed scrutineering slots, a squeezed-in Pre-Scrut, five Egresses, our Business Plan Presentation, and Mechanical Scrutineering passed first try to close a very long day.

Tuesday meant white shirts. Engineering Design, Cost & Manufacturing, then a long Accumulator Re Scrutineering where every detail was defended in depth. Passed.

Wednesday we learned our ED performance had qualified us for the Engineering Design Finals. Electrical Scrutineering, weighing and Tilt Test during the day, the Finals at 19:00.

Thursday, 08:00 sharp. Rain Test and Brake Test passed first try. Idefix went out for Acceleration and put down a 3,466 on the very first run. It stood. Skidpad followed, then Autocross in the evening: a lap that made the whole team go quiet, then very loud.

Friday was Endurance. Nine clean laps, no cones, faster every time around. Then, at the driver change, the car showed an IMD error that never actually occurred. The fault was false, but the call stood.

THE NUMBERS
P1 Acceleration. A 3,466s run and a perfect 75,00 out of 75,00 points.

P2 Engineering Design with 129,69 points.

P2 Autocross. Our best lap was a 63,071s, just 0,105 seconds off the win.

Our fastest Endurance lap was the last one we drove: a 1:06,036, the fourth quickest lap of the entire EV Endurance.

Endurance and Efficiency both ended at zero. That’s 425 of the 1000 points we never got to fight for. From everything else we scored 450,54, finishing P8 out of 20.

Not the ending we wanted on track. But this car was quick all week, and the numbers say it better than we could.

FS Poland Day 5: Three podiums to finish the week! 🥇🥈🥈🇵🇱

The final day started with the one everyone waits for: Endurance. 🏎️💨

Our first driver put down nine clean laps – no cones, good times, everything going to plan. Then, at the driver change, Idefix wouldn’t start: an IMD error. It turned out to have been triggered falsely, but either way, our Endurance was over. 💔

Not how we wanted to finish on track after a week like this one.

But then came the Award Ceremony and it turned this week into one we won’t forget:

🥇 P1 Acceleration – the fastest EV time of the entire event ⚡
🥈 P2 Engineering Design – after making it into the ED Finals 🧠
🥈 P2 Autocross 🏁

And with that, our season comes to an end. Thank you to everyone who followed along all week, to everyone back home who kept cheering us on, and to the whole Formula Student community here in Słomczyn. 🌍🤝

FS Poland Day 4: P1 IN ACCELERATION! 🥇🏎💨🇵🇱

After three days of scrutineering and statics, today was finally the day: time to hit the track. 🏁

We started at 08:00 am sharp with the Rain Test – passed! 💧✅ Straight from there to the Brake Test, and that one was done before we could even look: passed, first try! 🛑✅ All stickers secured. 🧡

Then it got serious. Piet took Idefix out for Acceleration and put down a 3.466 on his first run. ⚡ And that was enough:
P1 IN ACCELERATION – EV! 🥇 The fastest EV time of the entire event. 🤯

Next up was Skidpad, where Piet and Maurice both got behind the wheel and brought our time down run after run. 🌀

And then, in the evening: Autocross. 🏁 Tristan and Lasse went out there and delivered an absolutely stunning lap – the kind that makes the whole team go quiet and then very, very loud. Post-inspection passed, the runs count. 💪🏻

What a day to finally get on track. Saturday is the big one: Endurance. 🏎️💨

FS Poland Day 3: WE MADE IT INTO THE EDE FINALS! 🧠🏆🇵🇱

What a day. Let’s start with the big one: our Engineering Design performance from Wednesday qualified us for the Engineering Design Finals. One of the biggest milestones a Formula Student team can reach in the statics. 🤯🧠

But before that, there was a full day of work ahead of us.
We started the morning in Electrical Scrutineering ⚡, then headed over to get Idefix weighed and pushed straight into the Tilt Test. Tilted, checked and passed! ✅

Back to Electrical in the late afternoon – and this time we got it done: E-SCRUT PASSED! ⚡✅ Another sticker on the car.
And then, at 19:00, it was finally time for the Finals. Our team came out of there buzzing: creative questions, a bit of thinking around corners, and above all the need to work together fast and efficiently. Not the standard Q&A and exactly the kind of challenge you want in a final.

On Friday we’re starting early: Rain Test and Brake Test first thing in the morning, and then it’s finally time for Acceleration and Skidpad. 🏎️💨

The dynamics are coming. Let’s go! 🧡🏁

FS Poland Day 2: White shirts, tough questions and one more sticker! 🤍🧠🇵🇱

Day 2 was all about the static disciplines and that means one thing for us: team shirts off, white shirts on. 🤍

We kicked off the morning with the Engineering Design Event, where our design team defended every single decision behind our car in front of the judges. 🧠🗣️

In the early afternoon it was straight into Cost & Manufacturing and that one went even better than we hoped! 📊

Then came the long one: our Accumulator Re-Scrutineering. Every single detail was discussed and defended in depth, and after a long session in there:

ACCUMULATOR SCRUTINEERING: PASSED!! ⚡✅

That’s all three statics in the books and another sticker on the car. 🏎️ A few more to go before we can finally get on track – and that’s exactly what we’re going for next.

FS Poland Day 1: Patience, pressure and a passed M-Scrut! ⏳✅🇵🇱

We started early to get everything ready for Accumulator and Mechanical Scrutineering and then spent a big part of the morning in the digital queue, with delays pushing both of our slots further and further back. ⏱️ With only a few scrutineering sessions running in parallel, the waiting game was on.

In between, we squeezed in a short Pre-Scrut, passing the tire check and two successful Egress. 🏎️

Then our statics team took the stage: Lilly and Chenoah delivered our Business Plan Presentation.🗣️ First static discipline: done!

Meanwhile our driver equipment was checked and approved by the scrutineers, separately from the rest of the Pre-Inspection. ✅

Which left us with three more Egresses and all three were passed first try. That’s Pre-Inspection completed! 💪🏻

From there, things finally picked up speed. We got into Accumulator Scrutineering while the rest of the team headed out for the official Panoramic Picture with all the teams and their cars. 📸 Such a great moment to gather with the whole Formula Student community. 🌍🤝

And to close out this long day, we made it into Mechanical Scrutineering and:

M-SCRUT IS PASSED ON OUR FIRST TRY!! ✅🛠️

And Day 2 is already packed: both remaining statics are on the schedule with the Engineering Design Event and Cost & Manufacturing, and we’re heading straight back into scrutineering to collect the rest of our stickers. 📊 In the evening, the whole paddock comes together for Cultural Night. 🧡
