Great day out at Penrith on Sunday for the Ironman 70.3 Western Sydney. having a great race coming 19th in the men’s pro field with PBs across the board well done legend. probably not the day he wanted 2nd off the bike coming and coming 7th but that’s racing and onto the next one.

Awesome first race hit out for at the Oceania Sprint Champs in Napier NZ. Front pack out of the water and 6th outright in a tight finish. A nice platform to build from 🙌🙌
