Sweat Klub is back!
We return after our end of summer pause to our new indoor location within . We will be taking over one of their warehouse buildings for more intimate private events where we can create the full Sweat Klub experience.
Starting this month we will be starting a monthly 4-week program that focuses on kettlebell skills that develop over the program & changing every 4 weeks.
See the next slide for our 4 week schedule.
First up we take on the Turkish Get Up. A full body exercise that tests your strength and core stability.
Also expect our signature Sweat Klub finishers to get the body pumping!
