The best hour of your day! No experience necessary. CrossFit Kaiserslautern is the first CF gym in this area open to everyone. Our specialty is not specializing.

We offer several of classes between 0500 and 1730 each day. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.

Linda: "With my old (traditional) gym closing, I wanted to try out something new and found myself in this beautiful box. What keeps me there is the dedication every coach brings into the classes. They are well trained and push you to work hard and get stronger while focusing on good form first. "Da mein altes (traditionelles) Fitnessstudio geschlossen war, wollte ich etwas Neues ausprobieren und fand mich in dieser wunderschönen Box wieder. Was mich dort hält, ist das Engagement, das jeder Trainer in die Kurse bringt. Sie helfen dir dabei, hart zu arbeiten und stärker zu werden, wobei die richtige Ausführung immer im Vordergrund steht.
