One Touch Football Factory

One Touch Football Factory is an organization that offers football camps for teams, small groups and individual players that takes place in Germany.

Our football academy training is designed by DFB licensed coaches and combines physical, technical and tactical training, injury prevention, and improvement on individual and team skills. Our camps are suitable for players from 14 to 23 years and they are especially designed for players who want to go professional and who we want to gain an insight into official DFB training methods and the latest

training concepts in german football. Beside the training program our company organizes various leisure activities like the visit of Bundesliga training sessions or the visit of DFB museum and Bundesliga club’s stadium tours. The maximum number of participants amounts up to 16 players.

Our ghanaian camp player George Osei Mensah keeps improving on his technical skills everyday! From the first day on George was willing to learn, listened carefully and we are very happy with the first results now! Together with our coaches and his local training buddy Nico he is out on the filed for several hours everyday and enjoys his stay here at One Touch Football Factory! Keep on going, George!

Excellent morning session with our players Nico Sonnen and George Osei Mensah! We worked on technical skills with focus on the weak foot and improved it in passing, dribbling and fly balls! Well done, guys! We'll go on tomorrow and take the next step! 💪🏻

After visiting famous Borussia Dortmund stadium "Signal Iduna Park" we took the boys to an indoor session right next to the stadium! At the end they played one round of "Cannon Ball": It's a 2 vs. 2 match where you have to defend your goal like a field player and each team has two touches with the ball and can score only from their own part of the field! Tonight the boys play a match against a local U17/16 team! Stay tuned!

Our US Boys sharpened their senses by playing one round of "blindfold football"! The session was big fun for all of us and a real team building exercise! The next day we had a workout with Tim Geidies who is professional fitness coach and works for SC Preußen Münster. He literally brought the boys to their limits! One Touch Football Factory coaches Alex Lüggert and Sebastian Krug look back at two very interesting and exciting days with our guest and partner Akordy Abingya from Ghana who showed up at our headquarter in Lünen these days. We had an intense and useful exchange of ideas and created new plans for the future.

It was a great pleasure and fun to meet you Akordy and we are looking forward seeing you back here in August for our Ghanaian football camp!

Knapp 14 Tage lang absolvierte Dennis Wegner vom Regionalligisten 1. FC Saarbrücken bei uns ein Fitness- und Stabilisationsprogramm im fußballspezifischen Bereich, um sich nach fast einjähriger Verletzungspause optimal auf den heutigen Tag vorzubereiten. Denn nach seiner langen Leidenszeit steht Dennis heute beim offiziellen Saisonauftakt erstmals wieder mit seiner Mannschaft auf dem grünen Rasen und nimmt die Vorbereitung auf die neue Saison auf! Wir wünschen Dir für die neue Saison alles Gute, vor allem dass du verletzungsfrei bleibst und bedanken uns für zwei spannende und tolle Wochen mit Dir! Viel Erfolg für die neue Spielzeit mit deinen Blau-Schwarzen!
