The Cave Training Series is now live!

It's been a busy year producing the Cave Series, but now it is finally here!

The Cave Training Series has over 260 lessons and over 41 hours of video spread across three separate courses - Intro to Cave Diver, Full Cave Diver and Cave Instructor Series.

New lesson just released on our sidemount course.
https://www.sidemounting.com/lesson/analysing-the-long-hose-restow-steve-analysis-11-min/

In this lesson, we take a close up look at the Long Hose re-stow and what divers need to be aware of.

We show a role model demonstration and then break down the exercise as a diver performs it.

We are not focusing on hand position and sequencing, as we cover that in our Sidemount Course - instead, we are looking more critically at the diver's positioning, body posture, breathing and comfort while they are performing a complex task with multiple steps.
