What a weekend! The first ever limalama seminar in Jena was a bug success!!! Not only we had the chance to do what we love to do but also ti spend time with wonderful people: our great master , .lena.leni and nacho .naturalsystem.madrid. Our guests came a long way from spain tonbe here with us lost in the woods and this german winter. This weekends seminar changed ouf martial artists lives forever. We enjoyed it so much and we learned a vastly repertoire from them. Nothing will be the same. Our community grows stronger everyday. Thank you so much for coming here and spending time with us. We hope to see you soon again.

Para empezar el curso nos gustaría ofrecer un servicio a nuestro barrio, del que tan orgullosos estamos, y a cualquier mujer interesada en el tema.

Por eso montamos este taller totalmente gratuito para todas las chicas que quieran venir a aprender con nosotr@s principios básicos de defensa personal.

Será los:

⛩ Domingos 17 y 24 de Septiembre de 12h a 14h en nuestro Club Deportivo TALMA⛩ (C/Virgen del Lluc, 17, metros Barrio de la Concepción o Quintana)

Avísanos antes de venir a través de WhatsApp o mail, ven con ropa deportiva, una botella de agua y muchas ganas de pasarlo bien!! ✊⚡️🥋⚡️

Tras comprobar con ganas que el resto de nuestras escuelas hermanas comienzan las clases, tenemos el orgullo de decir que nosotros empezamos también este mismo domingo, 3 de Septiembre😎💪🥋

Estaremos como siempre en nuestro querido Club Deportivo TALMA (C/Virgen del Lluc 17, Metro Quintana o Barrio de la Concepción) en el mismo horario que el curso anterior:

⛩ Martes y jueves de 20.45h a 22.15h⛩
Domingos de 12h a 14h

Se puede acudir 1, 2 o 3 días a la semana.

Os esperamos con un sistema de defensa personal diferente, con un gran ambiente, muy inclusivo y divertido y con unas instalaciones geniales.

Venid a conocernos y tenéis medio mes gratis para probarnos🤩

My second generation is here. Fills me with pride and joy to call them my students. Everyone special and unique with extraordinary discipline and passion. We are a mix of every part of the world. Brasil, Italy and India are here to stay.
They earned their ornahr belts with hard work, sweat and hours of putting it even when we couldnt train.
And at the same time its sad to see to of them leaving but tjey will tale with them the principles of limalama at heart for the rest of their lives. You will aleays be part of this family. Congratulations to all of you!

Sand, sun and beach. What more can you ask for? We had the honor and privilege to spend a beautiful vacation and a perfect excuse to keep training in the beautiful Mallorca! Spending time together and getting to know bettter our friend and for organizing the aloha summer camp. This right here is my family. Oh and we ate the most delicious and perfect Paella ever!

P.s I was very very sick so I only have these pictures to remember the moments because im pretty sure i had fever blackouts 😅😬
