Teaser prep (not my favorite) & open leg rocker (yihaaa)
Who said Pilates is boring? Hit the mat for some rock'n'roll spinal massage with me. We go for the Open Leg Rocker exercise.
The teaser prep is a great warmup for you abdominals & hipflexors.
Make sure there's enough space behind you, engage your core aaaand go ❣️
