Die Rennstrecke des RT-Fichtenberg e.V. soll bleiben
Liebe Freunde des RC-Carsports, die Gemeinde Fichtenberg hat in der Nähe unserer Rennstrecke ein Neubaugebiet geplant. Ein Bürgerentscheid hat ein Verfahren zur Aufhebung des Bebauungsplans eingeleitet. Dieses Verfahren wird nun vom Gemeinderat und dem Bürgermeister entschieden. Sollte der Bebauungsplan nicht aufgehoben werden, könnte das Folgen für unsere Rennstrecke haben. Trotz über 40 Jahren RC-Sport auf dieser Rennstrecke ist der Bestandschutz nicht 100 % sicher. Die Schließung dieser Rennstrecke würde im Süden Deutschland für viele das AUS dieses schönen Hobbys bedeuten, da es kaum noch Rennstrecken gibt.
Bitte unterschreibt diese Petition und unterstützt uns mit eurer Stimme. Wir wollen mit euren Stimmen beweisen, dass vielen der Erhalt dieser Rennstrecke am Herzen liegt.
Uns ist bewusst, dass Wohnbau heute auch sehr wichtig ist. Ein Gutachten hat aber ergeben, dass die freien Bauflächen, Baulücken und frei werdenden Baufläche für die Gemeinde in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden sind.

The race track of the RT-Fichtenberg e.V. should remain!
Dear friends of RC-Carsports, the municipality of Fichtenberg has planned a new development area near our race track. A citizen's decision has initiated a procedure to cancel the development plan. This procedure will now be decided by the local council and the mayor. If the development plan is not cancelled, this could have consequences for our racetrack. Despite more than 40 years of RC sports on this race track, the protection and preservation of the track is not 100% secure. The shutdown of this racetrack would mean the end of a beautiful hobby for many people in the south of Germany, as there are hardly any racetracks left.
Please sign this petition and support us with your vote. We want to prove with your votes that the preservation of this race track is important to many people.
We are aware that residential construction is also very important today. However, an expert opinion has shown that there are enough vacant building sites, gaps between buildings and vacant building land for the community.

Le circuit du RT-Fichtenberg doit rester!
Chers amis du sport automobile. La commune de Fichtenberg planifie un territoire avec des terrains à bâtir près de notre circuit. Les habitants de Fichtenberg sont contre le terrain et l'ont montré dans un référendum. Mais le maire et le conseil municipal vont finalement décider s'ils sont d'accord avec l'arrêt de l'étude. Quand ils veulent continuer à planifier, cela pourrait avoir des conséquences pour notre circuit. Même si on utilise le circuit depuis 40 ans on ne peut pas être sûrs de la protection des droits acquis. La fermeture du circuit voudrait signifier la fin pour beaucoup de pilotes dans le sud de l'Allemagne concernant leur hobby car il n'y a pas beaucoup de circuits.
Signez la pétition s'îl vous plait. Comme ça vous nous soutenez. On veut montrer que le circuit est vraiment important pour nous.
On sait aussi que les maisons et les appartements sont aussi importants. Mais une expertise a montré que la commune a assez d'autres territoires pour les terrains à bâtir.
