Aktive Couch Potato 🥔🏃♂️ – bist du eine?
Du treibst regelmäßig Sport 🏋️♀️🚴♂️ und sitzt trotzdem viele Stunden am Tag 🪑🖥️? Dann könnte es sein, dass du eine aktive Couch Potato bist.
Denn Sport allein gleicht lange Sitzzeiten nicht automatisch aus. Gerade Studierende 🎓 verbringen häufig 7–10 Stunden pro Tag im Sitzen ⏳. Lange Sitzzeiten sind dabei mit verschiedenen gesundheitlichen Risiken ⚠️ verbunden – auch bei Menschen, die ansonsten körperlich aktiv sind.
Die gute Nachricht ✅: Es muss nicht immer das komplette Workout sein. Schon kleine Veränderungen im Alltag können helfen 👣🤸♂️.
