Getting in shape is one thing.
Building a life where you can actually stay in shape is another.
I think one of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to force themselves into a lifestyle that doesnât actually align with what they value..
Cut out meals out.
Stop drinking completely.
Train 6 days a week.
Track every gram of food.
Say no to anything that gets in the way of the planâŚ
And yeah⌠for 6 to 8 weeks, it might work.
You lose weight. You get leaner. You feel like youâre smashing itâŚ
But eventually life happens.
Work gets busy. You go on holiday. Thereâs a birthday. A meal out. A weekend away. Motivation drops.
And because the only system youâve ever followed requires you to be 100% on it, you end up being completely off it.
Thatâs the cycle I want people to get away from..
You shouldnât have to choose between being in good shape and actually enjoying your life.
If your career is important to you, your plan needs to work around it.
If meals out with your partner are important to you, they need to fit.
If you enjoy holidays, weekends away or a few drinks with your mates, you shouldnât feel like youâve ruined everything when you do them.
The goal is to build a system that reflects your values, your priorities and your actual life⌠while still moving you towards the person you want to become.
Thatâs a huge part of what we work on inside my online coaching programme.
Training that fits around your life.
Nutrition without unnecessary restriction.
Structure when you need it.
Flexibility when life calls for it.
Because the best plan isnât the one that gets you in shape the fastest.
Itâs the one you can still see yourself living by years from now.
