Sustainable Riding Wear by ♻️🌱
Today we would like to tell you more about our sustainable functional clothing made from recycled PET bottles and sea plastic. In addition to the recycled materials, we use a new production technology that is particularly resource-saving and climate-friendly and offers particularly good color fastness. First the old plastic is reduced, melted and spun into new threads. The yarn is then dyed and not the shirt, as is often the case. This method saves 75% of CO2, uses significantly less water and thus protects the environment. The result is a modern sports shirt made of breathable and quick-drying functional pique like ours: Performance Polo Mathilda lavendel 💜🐝✨
Heute möchten wir Dir mehr über unsere nachhaltige Funktionsbekleidung aus recycelten PET-Flaschen und Meeresplastik erzählen. Neben den recycelten Materialen verwenden wir nämlich eine neue Technologie bei der Herstellung, die besonders ressourcenschonend und klimafreundlich ist und eine besonders gute Farbechtheit bietet. Zuerst wird das alte Plastik verkleinert, grschmolzen und zu neuen Fäden gesponnen. Anschließend wird das Garn und nicht wie häufig üblich das Shirt gefärbt. Diese Methode spart 75% an CO2 ein, verbraucht deutlich weniger Wasser und schont damit die Umwelt. Heraus kommt dabei ein modernes Sportshirt aus atmungsaktivem und schnelltrocknenden Funktionspique wie unser Performance Polo Mathilda 💚
