Yesterday was the final event of the year for the members of Kumot Kali and Abunai Kali, and some of our friends and supporters from farther away. G**o Marc and myself wanted to do a special "end of the year" gathering to share some things we brought back home from the 7th PTTA Asia Conference. Considering we only had 4 hours (compared to a 10-day camp) it was challenging to decide what we wanted to show. In the end we settled on material covering solo baston, daga, doble baston and espada y daga subsystems.
Within these subsystems we drew inspiration from the following instructors:

Tuhon - double stick principles and creative problem solving with daga
Tuhon - third set of espada y daga seguidas
Tuhon - 64 attacks, knife and karambit sequencing
Tuhon - support side knife work and bright orange solidarity
Tuhon Eain Floresca - abecedario, four walls and wara wara
Although we may have altered, added or combined some things, we are above all grateful to our instructors for showing us the way.
