Born in 2014, Greya is a grey Oldenburg Sport Horse (OS) mare with an impressive jumping pedigree.
Her breeding is Colestus × Contender. Greya is by Colestus and out of Contessa 128, a daughter of the influential stallion Contender.
That pedigree brings together bloodlines associated with athleticism and top-level jumping ability. But Greya has gone far beyond pedigree potential—she has proved herself repeatedly in the competition arena.
The FEI lists Greya under identification number 107BC69, where her international results and career statistics can be followed.
⭐ From Rising Star to Five-Star Winner
Farrington has carefully developed Greya into an elite Grand Prix horse, and the mare’s performances have become increasingly impressive as she has matured.
One of their breakthrough achievements came at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ in Traverse City, where the pair won in 2024 and returned to successfully defend their title in 2025. 🥇
Their 2025 campaign became particularly memorable.
Farrington and Greya won the American Gold Cup CSI5* before producing another huge performance in Europe: victory in the prestigious Rolex Grand Prix of Geneva CSI5*. 🏆

The partnership reached another level in 2026.
At the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final in Fort Worth, Greya delivered under championship pressure. Farrington and the mare won the second Final competition and ultimately secured the overall World Cup championship. 🏆🌎
It was a landmark achievement for the partnership and added one of show jumping’s most important titles to Greya’s résumé.
Earlier in 2026, they had also captured the $1 Million Rolex US Equestrian Open Grand Prix CSI5* in Wellington. 💰🥇
The victories continued in August when Greya carried Farrington to another five-star triumph in the $400,000 Longines Hampton Classic Grand Prix CSI5*.
