how we found our startup?

it's a story of engineering people who wanted to do something important for society... We want to solve a problem which patients with muscle diseases, elderly people and athlets in rehabilitation face every single day:
a limited mobility

and we do have the know-how, we do have to ability to help these patient get more independent again

Artexo GbR is developing an active, modular add-on to commercially available orthoses in order to give support and help patients with movement diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis or Muscle Dystrophy keep their mobility.
These diseases result in a high restriction of the patients’ mobility. As the disease processes, muscle strength is gradually lost. ARTEXO counteracts this degeneration by externally supporting the musculature at a joint. In a later phase, elderly people and athletes in rehabilitation can profit from the product.
Currently, we are testing our first functional prototype and are in touch with MS-patients in order to get direct user feedback.
