🇩🇪 Ein Schwitzkasten ist eine gefährliche Situation. Du könntest gewürgt, geschlagen oder sogar mit dem Knie ins Gesicht geschlagen werden. Zum Glück gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sich daraus zu befreien. Hier ist eine davon. Viel Spaß beim Training! 😊

🇬🇧 Everyone has questions and fears. We are confronted with the possibility of violence every day and the world doesn't seem to be getting any safer. Does that mean we have to be victims? No! Self-defense classes for women are a great way to improve your skills, fitness, strength and confidence without the "macho" atmosphere sometimes found in regular Krav Maga and self-defense classes. Happy training everyone! 😊

🇩🇪 Jeder hat Fragen und Ängste. Wir werden jeden Tag mit der Möglichkeit von Gewalt konfrontiert und die Welt scheint nicht sicherer zu werden. Bedeutet das, dass wir Opfer sein müssen? Nein! Selbstverteidigungskurse für Frauen sind eine großartige Möglichkeit, die eigenen Fähigkeiten, die Fitness, die Kraft und das Selbstvertrauen zu verbessern, ohne die "Macho"-Atmosphäre, die man manchmal in normalen Krav-Maga- und Selbstverteidigungskursen findet. 🇩🇪 Was tust du in so einer Situation? Für manche Menschen ist das ein Albtraum. Jeder hat Fragen, Ängste, Phobien oder schlechte Erinnerungen. Privatunterricht ist eine gute Möglichkeit, diese anzusprechen. Eine entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Druck, in der die Aufmerksamkeit auf dich gerichtet ist. Viel Spaß beim Training!

🇬🇧 What do you do in a situation like this? For some people this is a nightmare. Everyone has questions, fears, phobias, or bad memories. Private classes are a good way to address those. An easy no pressure atmosphere where the attention is focused on you. Happy training everyone!

🇬🇧 What a difference more space can make! Getting kids to focus on real training can be a challenge, but it helps to do a playful "warm up" before stretching. The first video is from the old school and the second is from our new location in Friedrichsdorf. 🥋😊

🇩🇪 Was für einen Unterschied mehr Platz machen kann! Kinder dazu zu bringen, sich auf ein richtiges Training zu konzentrieren, kann eine Herausforderung sein, aber es hilft, ein spielerisches "Aufwärmen" vor dem Dehnen zu machen. Das erste Video ist von der alten Schule und das zweite von unserem neuen Standort in Friedrichsdorf.

🇩🇪 Manchmal kann das Unterrichten von Kindern eine Herausforderung sein, aber mit Mühe, Kreativität und ein bisschen Spaß kann der Respekt für die Kampfkünste wachsen. Wenn der Respekt wächst, öffnen Sie einen Weg für persönliche Entwicklung, Selbstbestimmung, Reife und eine größere Sicherheit im Leben.

There are alot of years represented in those pieces of paper on the wall. Of course there are more, military training certificates, honors earned when working security jobs, etc. But how does one show the experience of "real world" training? The pain of old injuries, the respect you give to all, the tired smile you give when you walk away from a fight not worth your time. These things too are the way. 🙏🥊🥋

I am very happy to announce that the first DVD for our combatives and self-defense program is finished and available in limited quantities. This DVD covers everything the beginning student needs for their first belt test. Filled with practical, real-life oriented material aimed at helping someone walk away from a bad altercation.
