Back to Unbound as defending champion.

Winning last year changed a lot. What it did not change is the process behind it.

One of the things we value most about working with Karolina is her willingness to keep learning and refining the details. That is also why our partnership with her and PAS Racing has worked so well over the last two years. Product testing, direct feedback, education and an open exchange about what actually works in the demands of modern gravel racing.

“One of the biggest advantages for me is how easy MNSTRY makes fueling calculations. I can build a plan quickly, adapt it to the race situation and focus on what really matters during the race.”

For a race like Unbound, that flexibility matters. The ability to adjust to changing conditions while trusting the system you have built over months of preparation.

Now it is time to return to Emporia.

Unbound 200 is getting closer.

For , this is one of the races that shaped the direction of his gravel career. Last year, his first experience in Emporia already turned into one of the strongest performances of his career with a hard fought 4th place after more than eight and a half hours of racing through Kansas.
Now he returns with another year of experience, a huge amount of confidence from this season and the clear ambition to fight for the win.

From the routines during race week, to the carb load before the start and the fueling approach built for 200 miles of racing through Kansas, every detail is aimed at staying consistent deep into the race. Because at Unbound, fueling is not something you solve once the race gets hard. The goal is to build a system that stays calm, reliable and repeatable hour after hour.

And once the race starts, ex*****on becomes a full team effort. Riders, teammates, mechanics, soigneurs, staff and feed zone support all playing their role to keep the plan moving forward deep into the day.

Mads is ready for another big day in Emporia.

Craving some lactate?
Summer is the perfect window to build speed. Yes, even for those marathon legs.
If you think about doing a 5K within your training block, fueling around it matters.
Here’s what Romain’s race day setup looks like and how you can fuel your next 5k-PB attempt:
– 3h before: Bicarb Protocol
– 1h before: CAFFEINE GEL 40
– 15 min after: Recovery Shake

takes the win in 8:03:40 and sets a new course record.
A huge performance from an athlete who shows up every day with one clear intention: to give 100 percent. Full heart, full focus, full commitment.
But maybe this is also what makes Sam so relatable.
Because we all know the feeling of giving everything and still not getting the result we hoped for.
We all know what it feels like when the preparation was there, the commitment was there, the work was done, and still, the day does not go your way.
That is sport and in many ways, that is life. Sometimes everything comes together. Sometimes it does not.
But when it does, you have to take the moment. Today, Sam had the day. And he used it.
With Challenge Roth and the IRONMAN World Championship still ahead, this season is only getting started.
We are proud to fuel the process and excited to see what comes next.
Congratulations, Sam.

For Magnus, nutrition has to support more than just race day performance.

“It has to be something I can use consistently over time while also supporting my long term health. That is what I value and genuinely enjoy about working with MNSTRY. Natural products, different textures and carbohydrate ratios, but also the close collaboration around education, feedback and product testing.”

Now the focus shifts towards Unbound.

For races this long, fueling becomes one of the biggest performance factors. Reliable and gut friendly products over many hours can be a real game changer. The plan is clear: around 90 to 100 g of carbs per hour, fluid intake up to 1 to 1.2 l per hour depending on conditions.

And the goal is just as clear. Racing for the podium in Emporia.

Ironman 70.3 Provence marked the first real checkpoint of the triathlon season for our MNSTRY athletes, , and all turned it into a strong start.
Early season racing is never only about the result. It is about testing the winter work, finding race rhythm again, sharpening the details and seeing how the body responds when swim, bike and run finally come together under race pressure.
Fueling, pacing, mindset, ex*****on.
Everything has to work when the season starts moving.
With three podium finishes in Provence, the first test is done. Successfully. And the triathlon season is only just beginning.
Now the focus shifts towards the big goals ahead. Step by step, race by race, with Challenge Roth already on the horizon. Triathlon season is on.
What races are on your calendar this year?

Gravel racing rarely goes exactly to plan.
Long race days, changing conditions, missed feed zones, unexpected moments. Sometimes you are fueling for ten hours straight and still need to make good decisions deep into the race.
That is why flexibility matters so much.
For Morgan, one of the biggest advantages of working with MNSTRY is having products that feel natural and a setup that can adapt to different race situations. Different carb ratios, solids, gels, drink mixes, endless combinations depending on what the race demands.

“Sometimes it feels like there are almost too many options, but honestly, that is better than having too few.”
Together throughout the season, we keep testing, learning and refining. From races like Santa Vall to the biggest gravel events on the calendar, real race feedback becomes part of the development process.
Because in gravel, fueling is not just support. It is part of performance.

7th place at Traka 200 on one of the most demanding courses in the gravel calendar. A race where consistency and smart decisions make the difference, and Wendy delivered both.

Now heading into Marly Grav, a race that feels close to home for her and another opportunity to build on that momentum.

Wendy has been using MNSTRY since last season, building a setup she knows and trusts. That continuity shows in how she approaches fueling today, clear, practical and adapted to her needs.

“I really like the variety of products MNSTRY offers. It’s easy to use during races and the taste feels natural, which makes a big difference over long distances. My favorites are the CHEW Lemon, GEL 40 Peach, PERFORMANCE BAR Lemon and the CHERRY SHOT.”

The CHERRY SHOT plays a key role in her recovery. Built to support the antioxidant system and reduce muscle damage after hard efforts, helping the body to be ready again for the next load.

For Marly Grav, her plan is clear. Around 90 grams of carbs per hour, with one GEL 40 each hour supported by POWER CARB Sour Cherry 1:0.8 in the bottles to keep the intake steady throughout the race.

A clear setup. Familiar roads. Ready to race Marly Grav.
