• We’re thrilled to welcome Sultan, founder of Harmony Pilates Düsseldorf, for both a Reformer Pilates and a Mat Pilates class. Afterward, stay for a short Q&A to learn more about the practice and the body.

• One of our favourite traditions returns: » YOGA IN THE PARK «. Don’t forget to bring your mat and enjoy moving outdoors with us.

BonMove by has arrived at YOGALOFT Frankfurt ✨

We’ve just received the new BonMove equipment by BonPilates and are excited to start exploring it in our studio. Designed with a sophisticated look and an ergonomic shape, each piece brings a fresh and refined feel to our workouts.

Over the next days, we’ll be integrating BonMove into our practice and sharing our own flows and training sessions with you 💫
