A success story:
We are happy to report that last week a bicycle theft was solved thanks to the AirTag and the WOO. 👮♂️🕵🏻 🚲🚨
A 1400€ bike was stolen Wednesday noon in Frankfurt. Through the AirTag it could be located in Preungesheim, 7km away. The bike was inside an apartment in a tower block. 🙌🏻 Thanks to the police, the apartment was opened and the thief was arrested. Furthermore, two more bicycles and many parts were secured. 🥳
The location tracking worked excellent - with an old iPhone 8 without „precision finding“. With an iPhone 11 or newer it would have been even easier.
