Am Montag hat Abdel an der Calisthenicsanlage in Eckernförde getroffen, an der Abdel trainierte.
Abdel ist zu Besuch aus Saudi Arabien und besucht seine Familie hier in der Nähe.
Ole und Abdel kamen sofort ins Gespräch. Der Grund? Beide machen Calisthenics.
Es ging um Tipps, Progressionen, Training, Skills.
Obwohl beide aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen kommen, schafft es Calisthenics, dass beide eine gemeinsame Sprache sprechen, beide sich freundschaftlich verbunden fühlen.
