As many of you are away for Easter I decided to skip today's class.

There will be a class next week (9.4) but I'm away on the 16.4, so unfortunately have to cancel class for that evening. After that everything is returning to usual. 🧘‍♀️

🧘 Thursday evening Pilates classes in Footsteps Dance Studios Prenzlauer Berg will start again tomorrow (8.1) to strengthen, stretch and mobilize your body in the new year, as well. My classes are focusing especially on the core, posture and body awareness to help you prevent and ease chronic pain coming from a sedentary lifestyle and just feel well in your body.

👉 Classes are ca. 60 min and open for all levels 👈

This year has also come to an end and we also arrived to the last classes before the holidays. There will be one class this and next week, starting at 19h. I also updated my USC and ClassPass profile, make sure to book the right class. I'm happy to see you for the last two weeks! 💜
