Our hearts are broken at the sight of the bloodshed, destruction, and suffering in Ukraine. Yan, Elina, and their families are in our thoughts and close to our hearts. I cannot help but think of how proud we all were to witness their joy in opening BASI Pilates Academy, Kyiv. BASI is a global family. We are a rainbow, people. We transcend politics and we work together to reverse the tides of darkness in this world. BASI is a movement for positive change and enlightenment. Today we must stand for peace around the world, and support all who are on the frontlines of the struggle for freedom, democracy, and free choice. May peace prevail.
