a chapter closes. a new one begins.

today our 200h yoga teacher training came to an end — and what a journey it has been.

watching this group of incredible humans walk through the door months ago, nervous and curious, and seeing who they are today — confident, grounded, deeply connected to their practice and to each other — is one of the most beautiful things we get to witness as a studio.

this training was more than poses and philosophy. it was vulnerability, growth, long days, breakthroughs and moments of pure magic on the mat.

to our new yoga teachers: you are ready. trust yourself, trust your practice and trust the journey ahead. the world needs your light, your voice and your unique way of holding space.

the end is near

this weekend our 200h yoga teacher training continues with module 5 of 6 — we are approaching the final stretch of this incredible journey together.

watching this group grow, deepen their practice and find their own voice as teachers has been one of the most beautiful things to witness. the dedication, the courage, the openness — it shows in every class, every breath, every moment on the mat.

two more modules to go. we can’t wait to see where this journey takes each and every one of you.

Embodied Breathwork Session mit Yvonne Gottschlich / 3. August. In einer Embodied Breathwork Session darfst du die Kraft der bewussten verbundenen Atmung erleben. Diese Atemtechnik ist eine wundervolle Methode, um eine tiefe Verbindung zu deinem Körper und deiner Seele zu spüren. Sie bietet dir die Möglichkeit, Stress abzubauen, emotionale Blockaden zu lösen und tiefe Entspannung zu erfahren.

Du verlässt für einen Moment deinen bewussten Verstand und verbindest dich auf kraftvolle Art und Weise mit deinem Unterbewusstsein. So erhältst du Zugang zu Themen und Erfahrungen, die dir im Alltag vielleicht gar nicht so bewusst sind, dich aber immer wieder blockieren. Mithilfe von Atmung und Bewegung kannst du diese Themen durch deinen Körper fließen lassen und das, was dir nicht mehr dient, loslassen.

Am Anfang der Session werden die Methode, die Effekte und die wissenschaftlichen Hintergründe ausführlich erklärt, sodass auch erstmalig Teilnehmende gut vorbereitet sind. Zudem wird zu jeder Zeit behutsam darauf geachtet, dass du dich wohl und sicher im Raum fühlst.
