Most pickleball injuries don’t happen overnight.
Many have been building for years through sitting, repetitive positions, and limited movement. Pickleball simply asks your body a question:
“Can you move well enough to handle the demands of the game?”
For some players the answer is yes.
For others, that’s when the knee pain, shoulder pain, back pain, or tennis elbow shows up.
I don’t think the solution is to stop playing. I think the solution is to improve how your body moves so you can keep playing for years to come.
