Jeder Ballwechsel besteht aus mehreren Beinarbeits-Zyklen: vorbereiten, reagieren, zum Ball bewegen, schlagen und sofort neu positionieren.

Der Split Step ist kein Einzelmoment, sondern der Übergang zwischen zwei Zyklen – er verbindet Wahrnehmung, Entscheidung und Bewegung.

Every rally consists of multiple footwork cycles: prepare, react, move to the ball, hit, and recover immediately.
