From OSD to Full Spectrum Self Protection
If you've been following me here for a while, you probably know what I believe:
Good personal protection doesn't start when someone attacks you.
It starts much earlier.
Recognizing danger. Understanding situations. Making good decisions. Being prepared. And being capable of taking action when it matters.
That idea eventually grew into Full Spectrum Self Protection – FSSP.
While OSD remains my German-based practical training program, FSSP takes the concept further.
It's about the full spectrum of personal protection:
Mindset. Security. Preparedness. Skills. Gear.
Not about living in fear of everything that could happen.
It's about being prepared for the things that actually can.
FSSP is international and therefore entirely in English.
