My baby had a high fever, and seeing her uncomfortable broke my heart.
If I could, I would gladly take the fever, the pain, and the discomfort myself just so she could smile again.

To every parent caring for a sick child today:
You're doing better than you think. 😍😇

Enjoying the warm summer weather in Germany, listening to the birds, and soaking in this peaceful moment while breastfeeding on the balcony.

Motherhood isn't always easy, but moments like these remind me to slow down and appreciate how beautiful this season of life truly is.

The calls and text can wait. This moment can't. 😍

💝 Her First “Papa” | The happiest moments of fatherhood

Out of all the moments we’ve captured on camera, this one feels different.😍

Fatherhood is more than just a title. It’s presence, patience, sacrifice, and unconditional love. 💞

Before, we only dreamed of having a baby girl.
Now, the happiest moments of his life are simply holding her, spending time with her, and watching her grow.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate the quiet love and sacrifices fathers make every single day for their families. 👨‍👩‍👧✨

Happy Father’s Day to all amazing dads! 🧑‍🍼💝😘

Happy Mother’s Day to all amazing moms out there 💝
Her first “mama” came with tears 🥹

We installed a CCTV to monitor our baby and keep her safe… but what it captured became one of the most unforgettable moments of my motherhood journey, her first “mama.” 🥹

Maybe because behind every little “mama”
is trust, comfort, and the feeling that she knows I’m her safe place. ❣️

Motherhood is exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming sometimes… but hearing her call for me, even dramatically 😅 makes everything feel worth it. 😍

POV: Just a mom doing the best I can to keep my baby comfortable and safe

As a first-time mom, I thought it was just “normal newborn rashes.” That’s what we were told during her U3 (baby check-up) that it would go away on its own.
But by U4, another doctor confirmed it was dermatitis (eczema). And that changed everything for us. Now I understand how sensitive her skin is and how easily it can flare up.

That’s why you’ll see this note on her stroller:
„Hallo 😊 Ich habe im Moment empfindliche Haut. Sie können gerne mit mir sprechen oder mich halten. Aber bitte vorerst nicht küssen und nicht mein Gesicht oder meine Hände anfassen.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.“ / “Hi 😊 I have sensitive skin right now. You can talk to me or hold me but please no kissing and no touching my face or hands for now. Thank you for understanding.”

"Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie sich vorher die Hände desinfizieren oder waschen könnten.” / “We’d really appreciate it if you could sanitize your hands or wash them first.”

Not because we don’t appreciate the love but because her comfort and health come first.

🌸 What we’re doing now?
Aside from being extra careful, we also started using gentle BabyMed products with Nachtkerzenöl (recommended for sensitive skin) twice a day to help prevent flare-ups and support her skin barrier.
No miracle claims, just consistency, and slowly, we’re seeing improvements.

We were also advised to bath her once a week.

🌼 What can trigger flare-ups?
Even small things can irritate sensitive baby skin:
💋 Kissing (saliva)
🌸 Perfume or strong scents
🧴 Certain skincare products
🧼 Harsh soaps or detergents
🧥 Fabrics / unwashed hands
🚬 Cigarette smoke / thirdhand smoke (smoke on clothes, skin, hair)
🌡️ Heat, sweat, or dryness

❣️ Mom reflection:
It’s not easy to see your baby uncomfortable, scratching, or in pain. So if we ask for a little space or extra care, it comes from love, not fear.

💡 Mom tips:
Prevention is better than cure.
Protect early, stay consistent, and observe what works for your baby.
Because at the end of the day, our baby’s comfort matters more than what others think. 😇

If this helps even one mom, it’s worth sharing. 💝

April is C-Section Awareness Month 💝 Every pregnancy is different… and every birth tells its own story.
At 38 weeks, I was already 3 cm dilated.
A week later, still 3 cm, but contractions had begun.
After 40 hours of labor, I only reached 9 cm.
My body was exhausted… and so was my baby.
Her heartbeat started showing signs of stress.
My water was induced and it turned green, not from infection, but from the long, tiring contractions.
I was sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and trying to hold on.
In the end, one final decision was made, a C-section, not out of fear, but out of love.
Just to bring her out safely… just to make sure she was okay.
But the journey didn’t stop there.
Because of low blood sugar, she was brought to the NICU.
For 7 days, I stayed close, breastfeeding her, holding on to hope, and finding strength in every moment.
After 10 days of recovery, we finally went home together.
Now, it has been 6 months. Looking back, it wasn’t easy, but we made it through.
And we were blessed with a strong and beautiful baby. 🤩

With love and strength, we will continue to give our best to raise her. 😍

To every mom out there:
Your journey may not be easy,
but your strength will carry you through. 😇

To my siblings, I miss you more than words can say. Distance may keep us apart, but the bond we share will always remain the same. -ate

Being far from my family in the Philippines makes days like this feel extra emotional.
So today, I’m looking back at our Baguio trip, full of laughter, simple moments, and memories that will always feel like home. 🇵🇭

Happy Sibling’s Day! 😍🎉🎉🎉
