Cannot believe I am sharing a photo like this but hey!
So tomorrow officially begins my postpartum healthy living journey and I am so excited.
Whilst being pregnant I have been enjoying all the naughty foods! You name it I have eaten it. Takeaways, loads of buttery toast, and cheese! Oooh and a fizzy drink addiction also came out to play! I did not deprive myself at all and just enjoyed the time. I put on about 11 kgs
Now I am almost at 10 weeks postpartum and I am sick of it! Ha! Sick of myself, feeling sluggish and not fitting into any clothes! Now I don’t care about being back to pre pregnancy weight or anything like that, but I want my definition back! I want to feel strong again!
So this mumma is starting her 30 day plan tomo! This is my own plan which I also provide for clients, I wouldn’t sell anything I wouldn’t do myself! Time to sort myself out! No gimmicks or quick fixes! Just Whole Foods and healthy supplements! And what better time to do it whilst on lockdown!!!
So for now... bye bye crisps, coffee, and cheese! See ya! This mumma got goals! Excited to take you all on this journey with me, I want to show you that feeling good is not always about calorie counting or deprivation! It’s about filling your body with the right things!
