Internal Arts steht für die Vermittlung und Ausbildung in chinesischen Kampfkünsten & inneren Künsten

Informieren Sie sich auf unserer Homepage über die verschiedenen Unterrichtsangebote mit detailliertem Hintergrundwissen. Wir bieten Privatunterricht, als auch Gemeinschftskurse an und man hat die Möglichkeit einer Lehrerausbildung in den jeweils verschiedenen antiken Stilen. Bei Interesse bieten wir für Kinder und Jugendliche eine klassische Ausbildung in traditionellem Wushu/Quan Fa an. Bei Inte

rnal Arts in Bochum beschäftigen wir uns mit verschiedenen Inneren Kampfkünsten wie Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Xingyi Quan, Baji Quan und der kämpferischen Kampfkunst, welches von Bruce Lee entwickelt wurde, dem Jeet Kune Do. Hinzu kommen Praktizierungen für innere Ruhe, Gesundheit, Konzentrationsübungen und der Heilung von Stress, Frust, Niedergeschlagenheit, usw. Traditionell üblich in jeder Kampfkunst ist natürlich auch die Beschäftigung mit der Anatomie des menschlichen Körpers. "Um einen Gegner zu bekämpfen, musst du ihn zuerst heilen können" (Konfuzius)

Our Laoshi, Dr. Indra Tedjasukmana, will be offering seminars in Chinese movement arts at the renowned Paracelsus Academy in Dortmund during the summer of 2026.
The following dates are available:

- July 4th/5th, 2026: Introduction to the Movement Art of Yi Quan
- September 12th/13th, 2026: Fundamentals of Taiji Quan

With this Yi Quan seminar, he is the first instructor in North Rhine-Westphalia to offer this course. Participants will have a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in this movement art and learn about its health-promoting methods.

Today Arda Dogan took part in further training from the State Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Sports Association of Borken in the rare qualification expansion of the GSB examiner's license in the area of "swimming" and "cycling". There were a variety of participants, who are still actively training and teaching popular sports.
All participating examiners were taught the theoretical and practical criteria for an examination for the German Sports Badge and communicated them very well.
From this day on, in addition to being authorized to compete in athletics and gymnastics, he also have the authorization to compete in swimming and cycling in order to offer interested German Sports Badge test participants more options. 🏅

In the middle of the autumn break of 2024, our trainer Stanislava Vasileva was able to take the high test of the 4th Dan/Duan in traditional and modern Wushu and passed it exceptionally.
She gained a broad and extensive knowledge of Chang Quan (Long Fist Style), Shaolin Style, Cha Quan (Cha Boxing Style), She Zhang (Snake Hand Style), Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan (7 Star Mantis Boxing Style), Bagua Zhang (8 Trigrams Hand Style) as well as in weapon arts such as stick, saber, double saber & double dagger. Partner drills, locomotion, Chinese boxing and the Chinese gymnastics method as well as breaking tests were also mastered with flying colors.
This makes her not only the first woman, but also the first member ever to achieve a higher Trainer degree in the extensive curriculum of our traditional Wushu, and this in the auspicious Year of the Dragon.
