Thousands of years later, he still stands.
The King Senwosret I stands here again represented in the Osiris (Ausir) form, framed by the light and architecture of the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Ancient Egypt meets modern Egypt in one moment.
The past is not behind us. It is still here.
To stand before these ancient forms today is to remember that they were never simply “statues.” They carried names, stories, symbols and sacred meanings that were woven into the Egyptian understanding of existence.

May we not only look at Ancient Egypt, may we learn how to see it.

Nothing you do is separate from the whole.
The smallest action carries an intention.
The way you work, create, speak, love, and serve all contributes to the balance around you.
This is what it means to live with Ma’at, not only as an idea, but as a way of moving through life.

Give your attention to what is in front of you.
Do it with sincerity.
Do it with your whole heart.
Because you never truly know how big of an impact your small actions are having on everyone and everything around you.

Working with the Neteru is different from simply worshipping the gods.
In the Egyptian spiritual worldview, the Neteru can be understood as expressions of the forces and principles that organize creation.
They are present in nature.
They are present in the cosmos.
And, within a spiritual interpretation of the Ancient Egyptian system, they can also be recognized within ourselves.

The Egyptians studied the natural world because nature was one of their greatest teachers.
The falcon, the cobra, the lion, the ibis, the river, the Sun, the Moon—each could reveal something about the intelligence and forces operating through existence.
So when we approach a Neter, we can ask:
What does this Neter represent?
What force does it embody?
Where do I experience this force in my own life?
And how can I consciously embody it?
This is where the relationship begins to change.
We move from worshipping something outside ourselves to participating consciously with a force of creation.

And perhaps this is one of the most beautiful aspects of the Egyptian path:
The Neter does not separate us from the sacred.
The Neter reveals the sacred within life.

Take a moment and notice which Neter do you feel a connection with and feel you are being called to work with right now.

A HYMN TO KHONSU

Traveller of the Night,
on this perfect day of light.

You cross the heavens in silence,
lengthening your stride across the sky.
You are the Moon, the light-bearer,
the traveller who crosses the Two Lands,
dispelling darkness
and repelling the shadow.

You are the light within the darkness,
the second light of the Sun.

When the gates of the eastern horizon open for you,
the living rejoice at your coming.
Every throat breathes, refreshed by your dew,

You extend your arms around the sacred Eyes.
You restore the Eye when it is diminished.
You bring back the restored lunar disk.

You grow old,
and you become young again.
You disappear into darkness,
only to return as light.

Born in darkness,
you return as light.

You shine in the heavens as Iah, the Moon—
Lord of time,
measure of the months,
guardian of the night.

May your beautiful face illuminate my heart.
May your journey teach me renewal.
May the rhythm of your becoming
remind me that nothing is ever truly lost—
what disappears may return,
what is diminished may be restored,
what enters darkness may emerge again as light.

As the Moon returns to wholeness,
may I return to myself.
illuminate my path.

The Red Pyramid

Descending 200 feet at a 27-degree angle into the total silence of Egypt’s Red Pyramid changes how you feel time.

Built 4,600 years ago with massive 1.5-ton limestone blocks fitting together without a single drop of mortar, this ancient wonder still holds profound secrets.
Known to locals as el-haram el-wetwaat (the Bat Pyramid).

But what fascinates me most is what happens inside. After the long descent, you enter two remarkable antechambers with towering corbelled ceilings rising nearly 40 feet. Their shape creates an extraordinary visual and acoustic experience — spaces that seem to amplify sound, silence, and presence. Its inner chambers echo with eerie low frequencies.

And then, you rise.
The elevated burial chamber sits above the antechambers, creating a powerful architectural movement from descent… to purification… to ascent.
There was no sarcophagus ever found inside, the floor was torn out, and mysterious hydrocarbon readings leave experts guessing. I believe these vaults were built not as a tomb, but as an ancient energy site, acting as portal to transform human potential into the Ankh, the symbol of life renewed.

With a missing king/queen, a mismatched capstone, and much of the site still unexcavated inside a quiet military zone, the Red Pyramid reminds us of one powerful truth, the greatest energy often lives in what remains unseen.

Step into the deep silence, feel the resonance of history, and step out completely transformed.

MADFEST WORKSHOPS

Set in the sacred land of Crete, where Egyptian and Hellenic spiritual traditions historically intersected, this workshop invites you to explore the intersection of ancient Egyptian and Greek wisdom and teachings.

What if the temples of Egypt and the sanctuaries of Greece were speaking the same spiritual language?

This workshop explores the profound wisdom shared by these neighboring civilizations through mythology, philosophy, movement, breath, and meditation. Journey into the Ancient Egyptian understanding of the sacred heart (Ib) while discovering surprising parallels with Greek spirituality-from harmony and self-knowledge to the balance of opposing forces.

Together we'll explore how these timeless teachings can help us cultivate inner peace, deeper intuition, and a more meaningful connection with ourselves and the world around US.

What a remarkable evening I had at Osana in Egypt, exploring the depths of the ancient mysteries of this land.
Here is a recap about my journey in finding the centuries old knowledge of Egypt as we listened, breathed and flowed together.

This was very special to teach Egyptian teachings on Egyptian soil, thank you for a great opportunity to bring that magic to life.

Everything we perceive and eventually judge depends on our past, our culture, our religion, how we were raised, the laws of our society, and the circles we have been part of.

When we notice our projections on anything it comes down to our conditioning that makes us adopt certain points of view. The knowing of what is right creates separation, this becomes the root to all problems and arguments and so on. The real challenge to overcome this is to accept.

To accept means to listen. To listen means to know nothing. If you reach the listening we are talking about here, in an instant you free yourself from everything that causes the separation. In this absence of judgement, what is left?
Non-separation
Unity

It is in that space of humility,
the space of not knowing,
no conflict is possible.
