Located in the heart of Neukölln, Pole Flow Berlin offers daily Pole & Dance classes for all levels

Pole dance is an art form that combines strength, flexibility, control and grace. While hard and challenging, it is at the same time super fun and rewarding. You will gain control over your body and become stronger, more confident and flexible. We offer pole dance classes for all levels (exotic and/or contemporary style), strength training classes, and flexibility training. Each class consists of a comprehensive warm up, technique learning, dance combination with/without the pole, and eventually a deep cool down to leave your body ready for the next workout ;)
Join us and make it your next challenge !

We live in a hustle culture, and as pole dancers we are not immune to it - so this is your soft reminder:

You are allowed to be human, soft, imperfect, and exactly as you are.

Join us exactly as you are 💖 We look forward to seeing you in class 😍

We wanna tell you it’s about cool tricks, spicy choreos and amazing fitness - but that would only be half of the truth! ⚡️

Because what it’s *really* about is -

The smile on your face when you walk out of class 🥰

The friendships you make 🤗
