do and to give, an inner knowing which longs to be expressed. The body is missing from our dialog and experience of creativity. We are missing the connection to ourselves as physical creatures. We forget that our ideas and projects eventually have to become physical – or they never get seen, heard, or finished. They instead stay unreal – somewhere in our minds or emotions as wishes or dreams. Embodied creativity moves our projects and ideas from the intangible drawing board to the present moment. Allowing us to act upon our reality and craft it to our will.

In Animano, you learn to read your clients' experience AS A PHYSICAL EMBODIED EXPRESSION!

Allowing you and them to understand and change their physical, emotional, and mental state.

You learn to read flows of energy, pattern structures, and contraction or emptiness in the body - and through the feet!

TRUST - BOUNDARIES and SAFETY are expressed by regaining capacity and strength in our legs!

We learn to work with Structural Analysis to help us understand where and how to touch our client, so they can regain FLOW.

Our ability to read the body and relate to the themes my client wishes to regain capacity in allows us to relate to our clients' needs, their struggles, and what they desire to learn!

Animano teaches the perspective that our past holds great learning, capability, and superpowers. But getting stuck in a specific holding pattern is frustrating and painful, keeping us from creating the life we wish to experience.

We are not broken. We have simply become stuck repeating old patterns. Patterns that we learned, which we NEEDED then, but which today keep us stuck instead of thriving.

In ANIMANO Body-Mind-Flow 6-week training - you learn that our clients' embodied expression affects their physical wellbeing or dis-ease.

This creates our self-image, what we believe is possible for us, and our emotional outlook in life.

In the ANIMANO 6-week training, you will gain practical skills to teach your client how to regain flow. You learn strategies to teach them to regain flow in the body, in their muscles, fascia, joints, bones, as well as in their mind, emotions and expression!

Through your touch, attention, and many other skills, your client will have a practical roadmap to start embodying a new state of BEING!

What happens when we speak what we actually perceive in the body?

Often tension releases almost immediately.

In Animano we work with a simple but powerful principle: what we focus on becomes what we do, feel, and experience.

In Animano- Body-Mind-Flow Training, we learn to RELAX and speak to what we see, and experience with our client. We are receptive, perceptive, intuitive creatures. We learn to trust our senses and perceptions.

We practice to EMBODY our intuition, and be willing to meet our fears of honest expression. Just like our client, we have been taught to MISTRUST what we sense, and to HIDE what we experience.

Recovering our capacity to feel and verbalize what we are experiencing is essential for Body-Mind-FLOW.

SO much of our body-mind's lack of coherence comes from experiencing something and not being allowed to express it.

Leading our clients and ourselves to be ASHAMED of what we feel and to DOUBT our perception of reality.

As practitioners - we aim to feel and EXPERIENCE our client as a whole body - instead of trying to fix or figure them out from the mind alone.

In ANIMANO we practice what we are aiming to teach - to breathe, to relax, to gift our client with our HONESTY. Touching them with the closeness that expressing our perception can create.

We learn how to work with this directly through touch, movement, voice, and relational presence.

Through precise somatic techniques and embodied facilitation, you will learn how to help clients:

• recognize patterns of contraction and fixation
• restore the natural flow of sensation, energy, and expression
• reconnect intention with action
• re-enter states of agency, creativity, and choice

Am 8.3. ist wieder „Frauentag“-
Was soll Frau mit diesem uns gewidmeten, konstruierten Tag anfangen, in einer Zeit, in der in der Welt aktuell die dunkle Seite der fehlgeleiteten männlichen Energie in Form von Kriegen, Machtspielen, systematischem Missbrauch, Unterdrückung und Zerstörung nochmal richtig Fahrt aufnimmt ?- bevor sie hoffentlich irgendwann transformiert werden kann…!!

Ich frage mich schon lange, warum und wie lange noch wir freien und selbstbestimmten Frauen diesen verrückten Backlash lebensfeindlicher patriarchalischer Strukturen einfach so stillschweigend und irgendwie resigniert hinnehmen!
Ich persönlich wäre ja für Generalstreik aller Frauen - am Arbeitsplatz, im Haushalt, im Bett, im Kinderzimmer, in der unbezahlten Care Arbeit - bis all Kriege beendet und alle Psychopathen aus den Machtpositionen entfernt sind. 🪧💪🏼
Das ist natürlich etwas zu radikal oder utopisch gedacht 🤪

Dennoch möchte ich so gerne etwas tun um die weibliche, friedliche Energie zu stärken und unsere Sehnsucht nach Frieden und Veränderung sichtbar zu machen - ihr vielleicht auch??

Es gibt nun zum Frauentag eine sehr gute und wichtige AKTION FÜR DEN FRIEDEN- 🕊️🙏🏻🤍weltweit und in Berlin- ich habe die Berliner Mitorganisatorin Susanne kennen gelernt und möchte an dem Projekt gerne teilnehmen und es unterstützen- und rufe euch Sisters dazu auf, lade Euch ein -

ANIMANO - Body-Mind-Flow

Early Bird Registrations Are Now Open

I am very happy to announce that Early Bird registration for the next ANIMANO BODY-MIND-FLOW Facilitator Training is now open.

We begin October 26th, 2026 in Berlin.

Animano is a six-month, in-person training in Body–Mind Flow and Somatic touch. It is a precise, experience-based method for learning how to work with others through touch, movement, voice, and relational presence.

At its heart, Animano is about a shift in focus.

Most of us have been taught to look for what is wrong — in ourselves and in our clients. We organize attention around lack, contraction, trauma, and deficiency. Over time, this fixation shapes our lives.

In Animano, we redirect that focus.

We learn how to guide people toward what they long for — health, creativity, expression, integrity — and how to help them begin embodying those desired states through their body, their breath, their actions, and their attention.

As those new states are practiced, the old patterns that block flow naturally reveal themselves. Through precise, intentional touch and grounded facilitation, we help clients meet those patterns and release them — not by force, but through co-regulation, resonance, and embodied learning.

This is not about fixing a body. It is about teaching a body to re-enter flow.

This training is both conceptual and deeply practical.

What You Will Learn:

* Clear and precise techniques of somatic touch
* How to work flows in the body — muscle, fascia, bone, nerves, movement.
* Nervous system regulation and trauma-sensitive facilitation
* Structural and energetic mapping
* How to guide a full client session from beginning to integration
* How to teach clients to anchor states of flow, agency, and coherence into daily life

* You will explore bioenergetics, movement science, fascia, deep tissue work, craniosacral principles, breathwork, session design, and somatic inquiry.

* You will learn how to meet the full spectrum of a client’s experience — contraction, emotion, dissociation, intensity, joy — with skill and grounded presence.

And importantly: you will practice.

By the end of the training, you will be fully equipped to begin your own practice working with clients — with confidence in your hands, clarity in your structure, and trust in your embodied intelligence.

Why This Work Matters:

We live in a time of disconnection — from body, from each other, from meaning. Somatic work is not just a profession. It is a way of being in relationship with life. It is creative, relational, grounded, and alive.

When you work this way, healing becomes something shared — a mutual event where flow, agency, and vitality return to the person themselves. Animano is an embodied art of freedom.

And it is my great joy to welcome those who feel called to this work.

Animano BodyMind Integration is a 6-month, in-person training in Berlin.
It’s for people who want to work with others in a way that’s real, grounded, and effective.

This work is anchored in the understanding that what we place our focus on consistently is what we embody - in other words, what we do, what we create, how we feel, and what our life experience "looks" like.

There’s a misconception that healing has to be hard.

That it has to be heavy.

That the healer must be serious — still, solemn, stoic.

But what if that’s not true?

In Animano, we work with the body.
And the body — the real body — doesn’t just move toward pain.
It moves toward life.
Toward joy.
Toward connection, curiosity, and play.

In this work, we create space for intensity and for irreverence.

For depth and for laughter.

Because real regulation happens in relationship.
In rhythm.
In the nervous system learning it’s safe to explore again —
not just survive.

Group play isn’t a distraction from healing.
It’s a return to it.
