came to town for a seminar ⠀
As I was giving the chance to participate,⠀⠀
I spontaneously had to jump in of course.⠀
⠀
With my fellow Nakmuay-homie ⠀⠀
who is currently preparing⠀
for the upcoming muay thai grand prix in Copenhagen next Saturday.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
The 2,5h seminar was pretty fun.⠀
The people enjoyed it very much I guess⠀..⠀⠀
from basic transition combination ⠀
to Muay Femur flashy techniques⠀
everything was shown by Superbon.⠀
⠀⠀
Who has a great energy & seemed like a down 2 earth and very humble guy.⠀
