Yes, the founders of still deliver their own flyers 👬🏻

Today we spent four hours walking through Friedrichshain with a stack of flyers for our new studio. We put them into letter boxes, dropped them in cafés, and took the time to share our story, explain our concept, and talk about what we hope to bring to the community.

No investors. No loans. No family support. Just the two of us, putting everything we’ve earned back into this dream. We’re not just behind the brand - we’re in the studio every week teaching, meeting people, and building something we truly care about.

Next week we’ll walk another area - so if you spot one of our flyers, let us know. We printed 5,000 and plan to hand out every single one.

And yes, passing the townhouses on Rummelsburger See gave us some extra motivation… one day. 👬🏻🦘

For a long time our amazing community of women have asked us to create a space for their partners, friends and male colleagues to experience the benefits (and the burn 🔥) that they already love.

BarreFOR-MEN is all about results: building strength, improving mobility, unlocking core control and moving better in everyday life. The men already training with us say they feel stronger, more stable and more mobile — and they sweat, a lot!

Brighton will always feel like home 💛 I’ve been coming here every year of my life, but this trip was extra special. A weekend of sunshine, sea air, amazing food, friendly faces and that unbeatable Brighton vibe. Loved every moment with Fabian 😍 plus catching up with my best friend and my brother and his wife made it perfect. 🐚☀️✨

What people don’t tell you about opening a studio
They don’t tell you:
– The cooling system might fail on day one
– The barres could arrive the wrong colour
– You’ll be hanging tool shelves 10 minutes before the first class
– While onboarding six new trainers at the same time

And still — you lead, stay calm, and make it all look effortless.

Pinch me moment 🥹

That logo right there!! 1.5 meters wide and freshly up in the window of our second studio🙌 I designed it nearly two years ago on a sunny holiday, sitting with Fabian, dreaming aloud about what could be next.

Back then, we were running an online fitness business from our kitchen table. Just the two of us, building a community that grew to over 11.5k monthly during the pandemic. We were known as the . We poured everything into it, and somewhere between the Zoom classes and late-night brainstorms, we started whispering about opening a physical space.

Fast forward 1.5 years… and here we are. Studio number two. Built from the ground up with the person I love, for the community that believed in us from the start.

We come from such humble beginnings, this kind of thing doesn’t usually happen to people like us. We pinch ourselves every single day.

One week to go until we open the doors… it’s stressful, yes! but honestly, it’s also so much fun. This is what dreaming out loud can look like. 💫

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this - whether you were with us from the kitchen days or just walked through our doors this week. You are the heart of FEEL THE BARRE 🙏
