find the biggest challenge for me and my clients is maintaining my energy during the day. It seems like after I've eat I'm ready to take a nap or at least not as focused as I was before breakfast or lunch. As a solution I had taken up fasting until the bulk of my work is done. This added the extra challenge of getting enough protein in during the day. Protein is very satiating and getting enough in in a smaller eating window is a challenge. Today is what a pretty good day looks like.
I meal prepped about 2 kg of boneless chicken breast this weekend an added about 250 g to a bag of FROSTA frozen vegetables.

Took me about 15 minutes to make not including the meal prep of the chicken beforehand.

If God’s Spirit is within you, optimism is the order of the day. Optimism isn’t at odds with the reality all around us. It simply means we’re anchored to another reality, the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ that is deeper and stronger and longer than the reality we can perceive with our five senses.
