Maybe you don’t need to do more.

Maybe you need:
less pressure,
less noise,
less rushing.

Sometimes healing begins
when we stop trying to optimize every moment.

What’s one thing you can let go of today?

Meet the Teacher - Eva 🧘‍♀️

Eva is a dancer, dance therapist and kundalini yogini.
She teaches regularly on Fridays 4:30-5:40pm + since May also on Tuesday Mornings 8:30am-9:30am at Yogahub Prenzlauer Berg.

“What I love about teaching is sharing a space with others, where everyone connects to a higher spirit and is able to grow and challenge themselves within the practice.

My professional path started as a contemporary stage dancer, followed by a KRI certified Kundalini teacher training Level 1, including a week in an ashram and a white Ta**ra Workshop. Furthermore, I learned to play the harmonium and love to chant along with some mantras. Next to Yoga I finished a 5-year long dance therapy education and a naturopath of psychotherapy exam.

For me all those educations form myself as a holistic yoga teacher.

Another fun fact is that I worked 15 winters as a snowboard instructor in the mountains of Bavaria, in a ski resort I grew up with.

On a personal level, I love to take walks in the park and visit a special tree I feel very connected to, to ground myself in the midst of hectic Berlin life.

I do feel very inspired by the teachings of Kundalini and the wisdom it holds.

Come and join my deeply dedicated and refreshing Kundalini Classes.“

The same pose, the same breath, the same morning.

This Thursday - a gentle class where you and your kid move together, not just next to each other.

Sometimes you stretch together.
Sometimes you balance together.
And sometimes you just sit still and hold hands.

That’s the whole point 💛

No experience needed. Just show up.

✨ Thursday 14th - 09:30
✨ Ages 4-10 + parent or caregiver
✨ Mats & props included

Some poses just don’t work for you.

Not because you’re not trying hard enough.
Not because you’re not flexible enough.

Sometimes it’s the mind.
Sometimes it’s practice.
And sometimes - it’s simply your anatomy.

There’s often a quiet pressure in yoga to go further.
To keep up.
To not be the one who stops.

But the more useful question isn’t, “How do I go deeper?”
It’s: What is actually happening right now?

Is it tension?
Or compression?
Or the mind - pushing, comparing, not wanting to stop?

Tension can release. Compression often can’t. The mind can be trained.

Learning the difference changes the whole practice.

Because yoga isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about recognising what is actually there - in your body, in this moment.

Challenge can be part of it. Pain is not.

Next time you meet your limit, stay with it for a moment.
What is it, really?

If something comes up, bring it to your teacher after class.
We’re here to explore it with you.

We don’t use our body to get into a pose.
We use the pose to get into our body.”
- Bernie Clark

Most of us come to the mat thinking about the pose.
Are we doing it right. Are we deep enough.

But the pose was never the point.

The pose is a doorway.
Something to walk through, not something to achieve.

When we stop trying to perfect the shape, something shifts.
We stop performing and start listening.

The practice was always inward.
The mat is just where we remember that.

What changes for you when you stop focusing on how a pose looks?

There is no pose in yoga that everybody can do. And no one can do every pose.
This is not a limitation. It’s simply the reality of having a body.

Your body has its own structure, history, and range. Some things will change over time. Some won’t.
And that’s not a problem to fix.

The practice is not about reaching every shape. It’s about learning how to be with your body as it is.
We see this every day in class - and you are never alone in it.

What’s one pose that never felt right in your body?
