What a beautiful training session this morning in Görlitzer Park. ☀️🌳
Even with the summer heat, we found shade, stayed focused, and shared an amazing morning of movement, fitness, Kung Fu forms, and community.
Today’s Fit mit Kung Fu class was one of our biggest yet!

I’ve been offering this free and inclusive training for years (in sun or snow) because I want everyone to have a space to move, learn, and feel welcome, regardless of age, experience, background, identity, or physical ability. Watching this group grow means a lot to me.

Fit mit Kung Fu is open to all. No experience needed just, curiosity and the willingness to move.

And if you can’t make it to the park, you’re always welcome at our new dojo at Moritzplatz for the Monday Fit mit Kung Fu class

Playful forms, movement, and coordination for young warriors.

👊 14:00–14:30 — Adults Kung Fu
Discover powerful Kung Fu fundamentals and explore movement, balance, and focus.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 15:00–15:30 — Family Workshop
Train together, move together, and share a unique Kung Fu experience for all ages.
