Before the weekend where many of our atlethles are racing we want to shout out for our who put another trophy 🏆 in her shelf. Last weekend when we did our last TT ride before the race she won the Triathlon in Biesenthal.

Today been a fun day for the . We were invited by to their tour in berlin to check out their products and lead 3 runs + a short drill session for customers. ASICS did a study where they figured out that you just need a physical activity of 15min09sec to raise your mood. In this tour you could raise your mood w/ us .. as you see we had a lot of fun 🤩 and run for a that fights depression. Let’s see what happened last weekend besides our internal races.. The .berlinman event took place in Berlin and our won 🏆 her AG and finished overall 🥉. So I guess it’s time to call 📞 out for more women in this sport. We already have few super strong female athletes in our group .. so soon it’s time to rename all those events like .. 😅

On the weekend some of us raced in some Ironman races or at BerlinMan, but the others met sharp at 8:00am to race in an internal brick session w/ 48km ok bike and 12km of run. No matter, if they came on a TT or roadbike. Everybody been pushing hard. What a lovely fast morning.

Do you have that much joy during (training) races as our athletes? I Guess it’s a Love/Hate relationship for many to push to or beyond limits and still feeling happy & joyful. I‘m not sure if this is the supportive group or the sport

Another proud 🥹 with stories from our athletes from all around the globe. been racing the in and finished as first ever this crazy race in a strong time 14:26:39 ! Then our Marko raced his first long distance in in 11:45:18 . .mrtnez used the chance for a local race and finished top 10 in his ag w/ an handicap. Strong 💪🏽 and last but not least who raced in and qualified for the 💪🏽as a athlete in 4:19:33 🔥🔥🔥 all our been following the races from the screen 📺 what a great is more the. it’s 🙌🏽

Today is not that medal Monday that we hoped to be w/ 14 athletes who should start in Dresden🥇 But spontaneously few of us registered for the in berlin. And we have 4 new PB‘s by .tri & .. and the Supportteam been present, too. .mrtnez helped a friend to get a PB and where cheering 📣 our boys to the finishline. That’s team spirit. It’s and our races this weekend an olympic distance triathlon in . She won her AG 🥇and finished overall 7th. We don’t know how much our great by helped with this achievement. But her talent & ambitious drive to smash our been part of that journey for sure. Next week we have 2 strong women on the startline and around 10 men. We all can’t wait for in . It will be fast, it will be furious 😅 we will rock!!

Today we had our last TT session before . It’s been a 60min effort on a 9km loop in Berlin outside the city. So guess how many km did our fastest triathlete made & what was the fastest loop? I guess we are ready for that race. You can find us on strava to check, but guess without cheating. It’s been fun as usual and we haven’t missed out the coffee break for sure. While we pushed alllike hell all Pictures are from before & After cause no drafting rule applied Here as well.

The Norwegian University of Science and Technology showed in a study that the biomechanics of our make our athletes 10% faster. Thats because of the aerodynamics and because it just looks super sharp. Ok, Maybe this is a bu****it buster.. but our athletes had a Nice internal test race before the next triathlon at where some used our trisuit today.. Watch out for our Speedstars on the course. All 📸
