there’s a moment no one prepares you for. |

when running stops looking like it used to.
when it feels slower, shorter, less… certain.

and the thoughts creep in:
“is this enough?”
“does this even count anymore?”

but here’s the truth:

running was never just about pace, distance or PBs.
it’s about showing up.
again and again.
in every version of your life.

some seasons will feel strong.
others will feel heavy.
but both are part of it.

so if it looks different right now…
if it feels harder than before…

it still counts.

every step. every effort. every time you choose not to stop.

if you’re in a new season too, i see you.
