• What should I expect in a class? The classes are taught in English. They follow the Yama (Ahimsa: non violence) of Patanjali's writing in Yoga Sutras and the practice of Hatha Yoga based on some influences by Nidra and Vinyasa Yoga. Sometimes there will be music, sometimes not. Above all, Christina focuses on how to listen to your own bodies, how to ground yourself, how to accept your limits which could change regularly, and how to trust your own process by encouraging you not to make any comparisons with people, since everyone has a different connection with their body.
