What is it? A safe place for teenagers to exercise as a team, understand the importance of turning up, goal setting, positive mindset and accountability. Why? There is so much focus on all of us to succeed, find our destiny, be liked, and find our tribe etc. Being a teenager is crippling as it is without all the added stresses modern day life includes, such as grades, pressure, social media and bo

dy awareness. Teenagers are not eligible to join a gym and are almost encouraged to sit at home on the sofa gaming or scrolling through social media - at F+CT We aim to change that! What is the structure? Each class will include 45 minutes of fitness and 15 minutes of coaching. All classes will be led by certified life coach & fitness instructor

When? First kickoff online via Zoom - Saturday 14th November at 11am. DM for link! How much will it cost? During lockdown 2:0 all sessions are FREE! But after lockdown and in person:

Accountability & Commitment along with Fitness and Fun is our . Therefore each class will cost €5/€10 and each term needs to be paid in full before each term starts. Providing each teen makes it to every session, they’ll get all the money back at the end of each term! If not, then they will decide on which charity the money goes to 🏆

WEEK 3 of 5 and we welcomed another teenager to the group! 🥇

Tonight we talked about positive self-talk and how related it was to the way we think, feel and the actions we take (or don’t)

We also talked about the power or positive self-talk and the impact it could have during exercise.

After that we put it all to the Test!. And SMASHED IT!! 💯

Week one ☑️

Team F+CT was just awesome tonight!

Our first outdoor and in person workout 🚀

We talked about mindset and the value of turning up and believing in the process of what we are doing. We also learnt how to execute:

•SQUATS
•PLANKS
•LUNGES
•HIGH KNEES
•MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS &
•BURPEES!

After learning how to execute each exercise well and with good form, we moved on to a challenging workout. The team were awesome and gave their best!

Which, as we learnt was always good enough! 💯

We are back next week at the same time! We have two extra members joining. If you are a teen wanting to join the community please reach out here or via email.

If you cannot make certain dates this is fine. It’s all about committing to what you can, turning up and holding yourself accountable to that action!.

FYI: F+CT is FREE (providing you turn up) you pay an amount for each class up front and you get it all back on your last workout. 💫

Team F+CT were on fire with energy today! 🔥

🇬🇧 Today we worked on good form and technique, followed by a super fun workout and finished with us talking about last weeks homework.

Homework was to find out the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset 🤔

We are happy to say we all agree a growth mindset is our preferred mindset! 🤗

Also! Only one more workout to make until we reach our first accountability milestone. surprise 🎁

🇩🇪 Team F+CT hatte heute eine megagute Energie! 🔥

Heute haben wir an der korrekten Ausführung und Technik der Übungen gearbeitet, danach hatten wir zusammen ein tolles Workout und uns zum Schluss über die „Hausaufgaben“ der letzten Woche unterhalten.

Dabei ging es um den Unterschied zwischen einem Fixed Mindset und einem Growth Mindset. 🤔

Gemeinsam haben wir uns darauf geeinigt, dass ein Growth Mindset die Einstellung ist die wir bevorzugen. In unserem nächsten Instagram Post findet Ihr dann ein paar der Beispiele die wir besprochen haben!

Today we learned about good form and technique followed by a great workout enjoyed by all 🥇

We finished off talking about mindset and fitness together. Everybody’s homework for next week is to research the difference between a fixed and a growth mindset 🤓
