Same tree, different perspectives..

I’m hesitant to embrace it but are these beautiful little buds signaling the slow transition towards spring? So slow, and yet.. I noticed also that at around 17:15 there was still light outside. Amazing, isn’t it?
What about you? What transitions have you noticed today? I’d love to hear about it!

TRANSITION
• From one environment to another
• From one year to the following one
• From stress to relief
• From sitting to standing..
These are just some of the transitions I’ve passed through lately that came to my mind but we shift literally from one moment to the other :)
Write in the comments what transitions have you already went through today! I‘d love to read it.

In my new class MINDFUL TRANSITION I would like to enable this time for reset between the different parts of the day by taking an hour of gentle movement practice, as well as exploring more in detail the attention we bring to what happens in our body as we move from one situation to the other.
Looking forward to share the experience here and in the Studio.

I love the crispy blue sky September brings!
Looking very much forward for an outdoor practice tomorrow. 09:30 at Hasenheide.
Expect some standing sequences (from some reason I had too little of those lately) including balancing (dynamic and in stillness) as well as loving attention to our shoulders, wrists and neck. Among other things ❤️🌳🌞
