Chronic Neck Pain & Migraines Improvement - Avoided Spinal Fusion using
“I had neck and upper back pain since my teenage years, along with severe headaches. Despite seeing countless therapists and rehab trainers, nothing helped. In 2017, I pushed too hard with rehab exercises and stretching, which resulted in a herniated disc (L5/S1). After surgery and further therapy, my lower back improved slightly, but my neck pain and headaches got worse. In 2021, I was diagnosed with three cervical herniated discs (C3/C4, C4/C5, C5/C6) and arthrosis. Therapists gave up on me. Doctors recommended spinal fusion as the last option for pain relief. I decided to look for alternatives and eventually discovered Functional Patterns in December 2021.”

Tom travelled 7 times from Northern Italy to Germany for 3-day intensive sessions (since Dec 2021). Through the Functional Patterns training methodology, he avoided cervical spinal fusion by addressing the root causes of his symptoms via postural correction and biomechanical restructuring. Over two years, he not only eliminated his chronic pain but also significantly improved his structure and movement patterns.
