My birthday weekend in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. My favorite place to relax and enjoy the food. Everyday eating pizza and pasta, so good! Everyone needs a break from clean eating once in a while😁. Perfect beach weather! I thank my Lord Jesus, for allowing me to add another year of life and for the family and friends that surround me.

Happy 4th of July from Wiesbaden! American/German friendship festival went on for 5 days. We did 3 of those days, it was awesome!!! Listened and danced to some great bands and met many people. Beautiful fireworks! Happy 250 years USA!

Found a new place to do my training while at the lodge in Wiesbaden. great gym, good atmosphere, super nice staff, great membership deal and in the heat of the summer, they have AC!!! Couldn’t find a better place!

Our last day in Ansbach meeting up with friends and saying “see you soon “. We will be 3 hours away, so not completely goodbye. New life chapter in Wiesbaden!

Thank you for the gift basket. I already enjoyed eating some of the delicious chocolate and waffle. I will miss the friendship that I made in the team, the great group of kids I coached and the camaraderie with my fellow coaches. Thank you!!!

Kreismeistershaft Süd-West 2026. My athlete, Lena, placed first overall her age group, girls 8. Lena won the 50 free (39.64), 50 breast (50.33) and 50 fly (50.86). She finished 2nd on the 50 back ( 51.21). Congratulations Lena!!! Well done! .hauf

EFSL Short Distance Champs was full of great swims and great people. The parade was super fun with our Piranhas team and trolls theme. Our Ansbach group had 4 swimmers being recognized in the “All Star Award” among all EFSL teams! Congratulations Amayah, Kayla, Selah and Jazlyn. To cap the meet our 10 year old, Selah, received the “ High Point Award” for her age group. Super awesome!!!! Jazlyn had her last EFSL swim champs and her senior swim.
