On Saturday was the Zofingen 5000. Andrin ran a course record and won overall, Vincent is back from his broken Femur for 3rd and Lucas coming back from rapid growth came in 4th overall. And we talk all places 3 places in the Under 20 podium. Well done.

Zofingen weekend is always busy and lots happening! Huge congratulations to all the athletes racing. It is a race that takes courage to take the start line and plans never seem to workout (unless you are Fabian). Thank you for another exciting day and already looking forward to next year!

Action packed last weekend. First of all on Saturday Nadine won her gravel park jurapark event! The. Sunday Emily and Andrin dominated at the Eglisautriathlon! Well done.

Been quiet here for a while. So much happening! Lots of racing and organising. Great that we have 3 coaches on deck working hard to get athletes to improve! Sommuch fun working with great people!

Well done Andrin and Albert in the Youth League in Nyon. Andrin got away in the swim and race alone till the end, Albert chased and didn’t get any help on the bike and then ran away for second. Again well done both of you!

Anna raced the Nyon Duathlon and had a great day out. After a hard training week and riding her old road bike came home with a solid win. Well done Anna!

Great to be riding and „enjoying“ the heat. Stopping for drinks has become a thing for me. Back in the day 4 hours with 2 small bottles……. All good. Today about 5 liters…… it is very hot!

Having a holiday and trying to get some training in. It is amazing in the Rhön, and lots of rolling riding. The heat is making it a harder and feel cooked rather than tired. It is amazing to be riding and loving it!
