In this 2-hour experiential meditation workshop, we’ll explore different ways to find our footing again. Not by trying to quiet the mind perfectly, but by discovering practices that help us get out of our heads, into our bodies, and closer to our own inner compass.

Expect movement meditation, body scans, vibrational meditation + grounding techniques you can actually take with you into daily life — especially for those moments when things feel a little chaotic.

We are pumped to offer a Pop Up class next Sunday with Veronika and Primal Moves! Coordination and mobility using pushing and pulling, you will move across the floor and do stationary strength on a yoga mat while breathing, sweating, and moving in meditation.
