The original Romana’s Pilates method is based directly on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. It refers to the system of exercises designed, developed and taught by Joseph Pilates, whose unique approach has proven itself for over 80 years. The excercises are used for strengthening harmony of body and soul and are customed to each individual. The studio offers individual as well as group lessons that are taught by the owner and instructor Jérémie Perroud.
