CF Meat Factory is a sports center for employees of companies with address at Prvního Pluku 8a. We are CrossFit Meat Factory. CrossFit Meat Factory is officially licensed CrossFit Gym. We believe that fitness is a state of mind, simple message we are providing is that being fit is inspiring, feels good and enriches your life. In CrossFit Meat Factory we are true addicts to sports and fitness. We’ve been doing ice hockey, swimming, MMA, kite surfing, snowboarding and many other sport trough years. After all these years we explore CrossFit, which literally changed our life. Now we are experienced to say that CrossFit adds years to your life, and life to your years. Beware! Once you start receiving crops of your efforts, it becomes highly addictive. You can’t get enough of feeling happy, becoming stronger and living your best life.

MEET OUR NEW COACH JOSEPH 🥩

You probably already know this face. Joseph has been one of our Butchers for a while , you’ve trained next to him, cheered with him and definitely noticed the energy he brings to our Butchery 👌🏼.

And now it’s official, Joseph is joining our coaching team. And we couldn’t be happier about it.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Joseph eventually swapped skateboards for barbells and found his way to CrossFit, HYROX and weightlifting.

Now it’s time to meet him on the other side of the class.

September is keeping us BUSY in the gym but also out the gym. 😮‍💨 Our one and only Mr. Karpenko took on IRONMAN Berlin today… 1.9 km swimming, 90 km on the bike and 21.1 km running, checked ✔️.

Huge congratulations, coach! We are pretty shure thath something else is coming.
