Every year at MCF, things hit a little different when Murph rolls around.
The space fills, the music’s louder, and the vibe? Unreal. People come not only to grind through the workout, but to be part of something bigger.
We dig a little deeper, push a little harder, and lift each other up the whole way through. And after that last mile we’re all standing a bit prouder (even if our legs say otherwise 😅).
Here’s the plan:
🗓 Monday, May 26
🏃 1 mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
✊ 200 push-ups
🦵 300 air squats
🏃 1 mile run
Weighted vest optional. Plenty of scaling options, so everyone can jump in and be part of it 😉

6:00 AM | 7:30 AM | 4:30 PM | 6:00 PM
Afterwards, it’s time to recover! Sauna and ice plunge in the evening are on us for everyone who takes part.
And to wrap it all up, we’ll head over to around the corner to have some food, drinks, and that well-earned post-Murph feeling.
