Hodně z vás se mě ptalo, jak vlastně fungují ty "pacičky", se kterýma trénujeme. Tady přináším výsledky naší roční spolupráce s mým trenérem Lutherem Jonesem (Sport Project Swimming). Na fotce je vidět, jak jsme zapracovali na zlepšení prsařského záběru od počáteční fáze až do té konečné. Určitě všichni poznáte, že vrchní graf je nyní a spodní (ten hrozný :D ) je z loňského roku.
Plánujeme s trenérem víkendové kempy pro vás a vaše trenéry, kde si můžete zjistit pomocí smart paddles jak jste na tom a vylepšit tak vaši techniku. ;)
